Alleged incitement… APC Politician  lavish in prison

The alleged incitement case involving Mohamed Moriba, a Politician belonging to the APC Party, was again adjourned by  Magistrate John Manso Fornah of Pademba Road Court No.2  on a count charge of Incitement- Contrary to Law.

According to the police charge sheet, on Saturday, 27th December, 2025, at Kamalo Village in the Karina District, in the North-West province of the Republice of Sierra Leone, the accused created an audio and video clip with inciting content in a bid to cause mayhem, disorder, chaos and unrest in the country, which Salone Gossip hud posted on their TikTok account.

When the charge was read and explained to the defendant, no plea was taken.

The Defendant’s Counsel, C.Kamara Esq, sought for a short adjustment date to secure bail on behalf of the defendant.

Meanwhile, Magistrate Fornah refused the accused bail based on the seriousness of the offence charged and sent the defendant to the male correctional facility in Freetown and adjourned the matter  to the 2nd April 2026, for further proceedings
