TRIBUTE TO THE MEMORY OF HONOURABLE ALHAJI MINKAILU MANSARAY
AND CONDOLENCE MESSAGE
It is with sadness that I learnt of the passing of Honourable Alhaji Minkailu Mansaray.
He dedicated many years of his life to our beloved All Peoples Congress (APC), to public service and made notable contributions to both party and country, through his work in
government and national party politics. He served the APC right from the Youth League, all the way to the top as national Chairman. He also served our country in various capacities, distinguishing himself in both spheres.
He was not only amongst the first to identify and got me to lead, but he was also steadfast and loyal, particularly during the most critical and difficult moments of the struggle for the
party leadership. He sustained that level of dedication throughout my tenure in office.
His passing represents an irreparable loss to his family, to the APC, to me personally, and his other close friends, colleagues, as well as all those whose lives he touched in the
course of his journey in service.
To his beloved wife, children, other family members; the APC, friends, and all those
grieving this immense loss, I extend my deepest condolences.
May God grant us strength and comfort during this difficult time.
As we bid farewell to Orminkay as I fondly called him, let us remember a life lived with purpose, service, and devotion to others. Though he is no longer with us, the impact he made and the memories he has left behind will remain with us always.
May Allah, in His infinite mercy, forgive his shortcomings, accept his good deeds, and grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus.
May his soul rest in perfect peace!
